Joggling is (yes, you guessed it) the art of running whilst keeping three balls up in the air. Given enough practice, the experts can joggle with only a 10% decrease in their running speed.
In particular, the marathon record is a very impressive 2:52 currently held by American Zach Warren. Over the past few years the record has gone back and forward between himself and Canadian Michael Kapral - including a meeting at the Boston Marathon where Warren set the record with 2:58, the first sub-3 joggling marathon. They recently ran together in Salt Lake City on April 21st, with Kapral coming in as 2:53 and Warren at 2:57. Over the years this record has passed through quite a few hands, including those of Ashrita Furman, the current holder of the most Guinness World Records, who held the record for 12 years.

New joggling marathon record
Hi Shane,
I got the joggling marathon record back on September 30, 2007. I joggled a 2:50:09 at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, with two drops.

Zach Warren is working overseas for a couple of years, but is already planning for another attempt in 2010.
Michal
